ARTWORK
Color-ready artwork is required for photo dome,
and color-separated artwork is required for hot stamp.
Camera-ready art is preferred on all other processes
or art charges will apply. Digital artwork (Illustrator,
Photoshop, TIFF or JPEG) is preferred whenever possible.
OVERRUNS / UNDERRUNS
5% over and under is considered a complete order
and will be billed accordingly.
CANCELLATIONS / REVISIONS
Subject to "Terms and General Information". If an
order is not placed within 60 days of pre-production
samples, order will be considered cancelled.
CLAIMS
Must be made within 30 days.
RETURNS
Will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Add $10.00 per drop ship location. International
drop ship is additional.
